Forbix income fund
The Forbix Income Fund (the “Fund”) is an actively managed real estate investment fund specializing in originating and financing of commercial mortgages. The Fund encompasses short-term commercial and residential real estate loans with 12 to 24 month maturities. As such, investors have the flexible redemption options while having the benefits of taking quarterly distributions of income earned or accruing yields.
To date, the Forbix group of companies (“Forbix”) have originated over $5 billion worth of loans of which $2 billion were short-term commercial loans. Over the last 5 years, Forbix has achieved an average annual return for investors of 11.16%.*
